Ever since he was young, Rob loved home baked goods. At 16 years old he began working at an Ice Cream Store where he was able to create treats, frozen novelties, for many customers. This was great, but frozen delicacies were not what he had in mind.
Patiently looking for the right opportunity, in 2009, Rob purchased the shop of his dreams - The Pastry Pantry - a mobile bakery! Containing everything needed to make all the baked goods on the road, everything is always fresh and made with the best ingredients.
Known for it's Eclairs and Half Moon Cookies, the mission of the Pastry Pantry is to restore the love of home baked goods into the hearts of all.
